Prof. Dr. Nabil Muhammad Naji Al-Sharifi participated in the viva committee for the master’s thesis tagged (the hepatoprotective effect of L-carnitine against the hepatotoxicity induced by straben in male rats).

On Thursday, 27/10/2022, Prof. Dr. Nabil Muhammad Naji Al-Sharifi, Head of Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology department/ Faculty of Veterinary medicine/ University of Kufa, participated in the viva committee for the master’s thesis tagged (the hepatoprotective effect of L-carnitine against the hepatotoxicity induced by straben in male rats).
For the student Marwa Sabah Majeed, in the Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology department/ College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Karbala, the study aimed to evaluate the protective role of L-carnitine against hepatotoxicity induced by straben. The researcher concluded that L-carnitine has a role in protecting the liver from the toxic effects of straben, which is the main therapeutic for leukemia. The dissertation was approved with Excellent grade.
