The lecturer in the health branch, the public health branch in our college (Assistant Professor Dr. Zaid Abdulzahra Jaffar Safar Ali), published an international research paper in one of the international journals affiliated with one of the reputable Indonesian universities, tagged (Entrepreneurial Mindset and its Impact on Marketing Ambidexterity an Applied Study on Small and Medium Enterprises in Baghdad). The main objective of the current study is to determine the direct and indirect effect of the dimensions of the entrepreneurial mindset (innovation, proactiveness, quick action/vigilance, creativity) in achieving marketing prowess with its dimensions (exploration, exploitation, marketing flexibility). . In this work, the statistical analysis method and the descriptive analytical method were used, and the nature of the relationships between the variables of the study was determined, and then the hypotheses were tested. Using a questionnaire form, primary data was collected from a random sample of (173) employees in small and medium enterprise companies in Baghdad, Iraq. The study found a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the entrepreneurial mindset and marketing flexibility. The study showed the importance of the entrepreneurial mindset in achieving marketing prowess and stimulating the management behavior of small and medium enterprises to achieve competitive advantage.
