Bullying at the workplace as a mediating variable between narcissistic leadership and Organizational Cynicism – An exploratory study in a selected sample in Kufa Cement Factory
The aim of this study is to shed light on the importance of workplace bullying as a mediating variable between narcissistic leadership and organizational cynicism in the Iraqi industrial sector. The research adopted the descriptive and analytical approach through survey methods and data collection using the questionnaire and interview tools. The study sample consisted of employees from the Kufa Cement Factory and the company’s headquarters. A random sample of (67) individuals was selected. Effective statistical approaches have been implemented using path analysis and structural equation modeling. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is that reducing the negative effects of narcissistic leadership tends to reduce workplace bullying and is a positive reflection of organizational cynicism.
