A workshop entitled (University Examinations – Controls and Procedures) was held by the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Prof. Dr. Razak Abdul-Amir Al-Tayyar at the postgraduate studies hall in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine/ University of Kufa. The members of the examination and auditing committees in the faculty have been attended, in addition to the staff of the Faculty of Agriculture. Furthermore, the scientific assistants from both faculties, in which the lecturer explained some important aspects related to the final exams and dealt with the following topics:
1- Defining the exams, their purpose and pillars in detail.
2- An explanation of the examination committee’s instructions through ministerial laws and regulations.
3- give college n A copy of the examination committee guide with the forms requested by the ministerial committees during their inspection visits.
4- The importance of forming the central and sub-exam committees at the beginning of the school year from teachers with experience, with the need to involve young teachers to gain experience.
5- Providing a suitable exam environment so that the student can take exams away from all pressures.
6- How to deal with cases of cheating while showing examples of cheating methods for students.
7- Clarify the tasks of the central and sub-examination committee in detail.
8- Focusing on activating the role of the hall manager and observers inside the examination hall.
9- Listening to the most important problems facing the examination committees and making recommendations to the honorable President of the University.
