A scientific symposium entitled about the latest developments in the evolution and mutations of the recent strains of the Corona virus and how to control and prevent the spread of the virus

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Microbiology, University of Kufa, in cooperation with the Iraqi Biosafety Association (IBSA) organised a scientific symposium entitled the the new aspects in SARS-COV-2 and Illness Prevention. Consequently, This symposium delivered by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Jabbar Nasser Al-Shemary / AlBalqa Applied University / Jordan, Prof. Dr. Karrar Mohammed Abdulsada and the Lecturer, Dr. Ali Hadi Abbas, and presenters explained important developments and latest mutations and new variants in the genome of COVID-19, as well as the optimical safety procedures which must be used in laboratories to limit the spread of this pandemic of virus in Iraq and other countries.
