The Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology Department Holds a workshop About The Risks of Dual-Use Chemicals

As part of the Scientific activities of the Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology Department , a workshop entitled “The Risks of Dual-Use Chemicals” was held, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Nu’man Abadi Muhammad Al-Shammari, who discussed the risks of chemical substances and some cases resulting from the misuse of chemical substances, with a general definition of chemical safety and chemical security and what is the difference and similarity between them. The workshop included an interactive presentation of examples and standard models for that.
