Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Women’s Affairs and under the slogan (Together to create an environment that rejects the phenomenon of harassment), the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine held an awareness workshop for students and members of the college under the title (Electronic blackmail is a phenomenon of harassment), in which the director of And the Assistant Director of the Community Police Division / Najaf, the head of the women’s unit in the division, and the information officer on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, in order to shed light on the types of crimes committed, the legal penalties for each of them, and clarify the means of prevention and personal protection, and how to report and cooperate with the community police to reach sound solutions
