The Microbiology department at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Kufa, held a workshop entitled Techniques for identifying the sequence of nitrogenous bases of genetic material, delivered by assistant prof. Dr.Ali Hadi Abbas, the lecturer addressed the definition of the techniques used to determine the sequence of the nitrogenous bases of living organisms, or the abbreviation for decoding the genetic code, and the basics of each technique’s work, its benefits, and its uses in the biological and medical fields.
