On Sunday, 10/30/2022, the Clinical department of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kufa held a seminar entitled ((Clinical and Molecular Study of Paratuberculosis in Buffaloes in Al-Najaf Governorate)) in which the Lecturer, Dr. Nabil Ahmed Abdulwahid, presented this panel.
The aim of the seminar was to identify the incidence of paratuberculosis in buffaloes and the modern methods used in its diagnosis, as well as knowing the rate distribution of Infection in different areas of the districts and the areas of Najaf, as well as knowing the relationship of infection with the age and sex of the animal. In conclusion, the discussion panel recommended the necessity of Applying modern control and prevention methods to limit the spread of the disease because of its economic and health effects on humans.
