Prof. Dr Abdullah Alhatami, a lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kufa was able to obtain a research fellowship within the research fellowships program in Biological Sciences (CTR), where the lecturer obtained a four-months research fellowship at the R-Lugar Center for Disease Control and Public Health in Tbilisi (Georgia). The fellowship is to present biosafety study and innovative laboratory research methods; and establishing cooperation between the centre and the University of Kufa to facilitate research activities. An introductory meeting was held between the fellow delegate and mentors on December 20, 2021.
The program is managed by the Civilian Research and Development Corporation (CRDF Global).
