Vision: 

To become the center of excellence in provide knowledge of quality in the science of anatomy, histology, embryology and biology for those seeking to conduct research world-class in these areas. Anatomy is the starting point for many of the relevant health professions, and we strive to give students a solid foundation in these disciplines. In addition, our ambitions to provide services related to anatomy, such as embalming, preparation of samples for higher education institutions.


Mission:

The mission of department of anatomy and histology is to ensure that all students who pass through this department (first and second year) have completed the curriculum of the Anatomy, Histology, Embryology and biology (theory and practical) and got a scientific basis of knowledge which qualifies them for the farther study in subsequent steps.

 

Objective:

  1. To teach the students anatomy, histology, embryology and biology
  2. in order to qualify them to understand these subjects and move toward  advance in the field of veterinary medicine.
  3. To be the brilliant center for provide the diagnostic services and scientific publication to serve the community.
  4. To acquire the behavior and capabilities needed to upgrade the permanent level of performance through continuing education.
  5. To develop and upgrade the syllabuses to a high level that suits with the scientific universities in the world.
  1. To support the academic staff to be capable for leading the department forward the scientific publication and postgraduate supervision.

Welcome to the Department of Anatomy Histology and Embryology web page.
